How long will my order take to arrive?
All secondhand orders are shipped out 2-3 business days after your order is placed. business days are Monday through Friday.
All handmade orders ship out 5-7 days after your order is placed in order to allow ample time to create your special design! (Lucky you vintage threads is not responsible for packages after they are dropped off at the post office!
What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently only card payments are accepted.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Returns are not accepted, but please feel free to reach out using our chat bot at the bottom right of the page if you have any issues at all with your order.
How do I wash my items?
Secondhand clothing should have some sort of tag on it where the washing instructions are shown.

Handmade items should only be washed on cold and not put in the dryer. This will help to prevent the design from peeling off of the garment.
